Pass Outlets
All passes are always available at the RTS Main Offices located at 1372 East Main Street Mon. - Fri. 8AM-5PM and in the Sibley's Lobby Mon. - Fri. 7AM-5PM and at many area outlets, including participating Rite Aid Pharmacies, Wegmans and Tops**. Mastercard, Visa and debit cards are accepted for payment.
*Passes & tickets can also be purchased by phone (585-288-1700) using a Visa/Master Card
**Participating retailers may carry limited inventory.
RTS is not responsible for lost, stolen or mutilated passes. All passes are non-refundable.
