BBS, the oldest operation of the rural systems, joined RGRTA in 1971 and was set up as a Dial-A-Ride System. In 1986, BBS expanded its service with social service agencies and into outlying areas. Demand for the Dial-A-Ride service increased and in 1996, a flexible, fixed route system was adopted.

BBS operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Dial-A-Ride service is still available within the City of Batavia and to 13 surrounding towns. BBS also provides services for the Office for the Aging, ARC and Genesee Community College.

B-Line operates three loops within the City of Batavia Monday through Friday. You can catch the bus at any corner along each route. One loop services GCC daily. Click here for Schedules & Maps.

County-Wide Service

B-Line provides curb-to-curb service within 12 communitiGenesee County.   A trip to Batavia and back is also available for each town. Regular adult fare is just $3 each way; Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities pay just $1.50 each way.

LeRoy Connection

In addition, B-Line provides service between Batavia and LeRoy, Monday through Friday. There are 4 trips per day. The fare is just $3 each way. 
Seniors 60+, persons with disabilities, and anyone with a Medicare Card pay half-fare Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm and after 6:30pm and all day Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Customers must show the driver a Medicare Card, an SCAC Low-Fare Card or an RTS Half Fare Card along with proper identification.

Buses pick up and drop off at the Genesee Country Mall in Batavia and at the McDonald's restaurant in LeRoy. Buses also pick up along Route 5 eastbound to LeRoy and westbound to Batavia.

LeRoy Dial-A-Ride Service

B-Line offers midday Dial-A-Ride service within the Village of LeRoy on Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. We'll pick you up and take you where you need to go---whether it's to work, shopping or to visit family and friends. Reservations can be made up to 11:00am for the same day service by calling (585) 343-3079

City of Batavia residents can also take advantage of this service  as all trips originate from and return to the City of Batavia.
